- Yolks – 6 pcs;
- Mascarpone cheese – 250 g;
- Powdered sugar – 6 tbsp;
- Banana – 2 pcs;
- Lemon – 1 pc.
Preparation of the cake “Tenderness”:
Beat the protein with salt to a lush foam. Pour sugar into the foam and beat with a mixer for a minute until the grains of sand dissolve.
Combine flour and baking powder, pour into the protein mass and gently mix with a spatula to one side.
