Zucchini is quite an interesting unusual vegetable. There are many different types of zucchini. For example, there are varieties of zucchini that can be eaten raw.
Also, all zucchini have an accumulative effect. That is, when ripening, the young vegetable has a lot of useful substances. Unfortunately, they are lost in the overripe fruit.
Since zucchini are useful, they should be eaten more often. We will show ways to prepare dishes from zucchini.
Ingredients for zucchini chebureks:
- flour – 500 g;
- boiling water – 300 ml;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- zucchini – 3 pcs;
- onions – 4 pieces;
- green onion – bundle;
- parsley – a bunch;
- melted cheese – pcs;
- dried garlic – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation of zucchini chebureks:
In a bowl combine flour with salt, boiling water and vegetable oil, knead elastic dough with a spatula. Remove the dough in a cellophane bag.
Shred the zucchini on a coarse grater, leave it for 10 minutes. Cut onions into quarter rings. In a frying pan with a little vegetable oil, fry the onion until soft.
Remove the liquid from under the zucchini, salt. Put the zucchini mass into the frying pan with the onions, fry for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Chop parsley and green onions finely, put them to the zucchini and onion mass. Pour dried garlic into the filling, shred melted cheese in the pan on a fine grater
. Stir the ingredients in the filling so that the cheese melts and combines all the components.
Divide the dough into 10 lumps, roll each lump into a thin round flatbread
. Place the filling on half of the round flatbread, cover with the second part of the flatbread.
Seal the edges of the flatbread, make a pattern with a fork.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the chebureks on the surface. Fry the chebureks on medium heat on both sides until golden.
This is not a typical zucchini stuffed cheburek.
The filling is tender and very healthy.
