- Vegetable oil – 70 g;
- Salt – tsp;

- Onion – 3 pcs;

Preparation of baked pink salmon:
Clean the fish from fins, gills, head and innards, make small incisions across the carcass on both sides. In vegetable oil add salt, black pepper and seasoning for fish, mix with lemon juice.
