Cabbage is a striking vegetable as it has a very unusual origin story. Cabbage was originally a single plant. From different parts of this plant, people were able to derive different types of cabbage. The
attitude to this vegetable has always been respectful. The Romans and Greeks, for example, have a history of the appearance of cabbage in their mythology. Probably, cabbage earned its honor due to its usefulness. The vegetable cured many ailments.
How can you now deliciously prepare a dish of cabbage?
Ingredients for cabbage pies:
- cabbage – pcs;
- onion – pcs;
- minced meat – 300 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- ground black pepper – ⅓ tsp;
- paprika – ⅓ tsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- flour – 5 tbsp.
Preparation of cabbage pies:
Wrap white cabbage in a cellophane bag and send it to the microwave for 15 minutes. After cooking, carefully open each cabbage leaf.
Remove the protruding hard part from the cabbage
leaves

Dice the onion into small cubes, fry in a frying pan until golden.
Mix in a separate bowl onion with minced meat, salt, ground black pepper and paprika.
Put the stuffing on ½ of each leaf, cover the minced meat with the second part.
In a bowl break eggs, add sour cream, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Pour the flour into the egg mixture, knead the dough.
Envelop each cabbage pattie in the dough, and then send it to a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.
Fry the cabbage patties on both sides until golden.
Such patties do not require a long kneading of dough. The patties are created as simply as possible and from a minimum of ingredients.
