It can be quite difficult to surprise guests with new dishes. The fact is that many people are used to traditional dishes. Therefore, they are somewhat distrustful of unfamiliar appetizers or original salads. It is necessary to carefully select the menu for the holiday table. Otherwise, the appetizer risks standing on the table the whole holiday untouched.

For example, you can make chicken rolls with cheese – they look like kebabs, simple to serve and cook.
Ingredients for chicken rolls:
- Chicken fillet – 3 pcs;
- Cheese – 200 g;
- Egg – 3 pcs;
- Powdered breadcrumbs;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Seasoning for chicken – 1 tbsp;
- Coriander – 1 tsp;
- Black pepper – 1 tsp.
Preparation of chicken rolls:
Divide each chicken fillet into two thin steaks, baste with a hammer or knife. Place the steaks on food wrap slightly overlapping.
In a bowl, mix salt, chicken seasoning, coriander and black pepper. Sprinkle the meat layer with the spices. Cut the cheese into 2-3 cm thick plates.
Put the cheese plates on the meat layer, wrap the cheese into a chicken roll.
Wrap the roll with food film, fix it and send it to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Divide the roll into small pieces, each few pieces put on a skewer.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, salt and whisk. Pour the egg mixture onto a flat plate, pour the breadcrumbs into a separate flat plate and
coat the pieces on the skewer first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs

Place the rolls on a
baking
tray lined with parchment
. Bake the rolls in the oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
