Ingredients:
- Kefir 3,2% – 500 ml;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
- Soda – 1 tsp;
- Flour – 650 g.
Preparation of flatbreads on kefir:
In a deep bowl break eggs, pour salt, sugar, add kefir and mix. Pour into this mass part of the flour, knead the dough.
Pour the baking soda into the dough, stir and leave for 3-4 minutes. Then pour the rest of the flour, knead a soft and slightly sticky dough. Pinch
off small lumps of dough, form thick small tortillas, pierce their surface with a fork
.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the flatbreads on both sides until browned.
The result is tortillas that do not stick to the teeth, remain porous and soft for a long time. Also, these tortillas do not taste like soda.
