This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve made it for New Year’s Eve. The bride’s salad is delicious and beautiful

Every cook seems to think that preparing salads is quite simple. At the same time, not always tasty salads turn out, even if initially they are created clearly according to the recipe. What is the problem with cooking salads? The

fact is that there are some unspoken rules when cooking, which some people forget about.

First, you can not mix cold and hot vegetables in one salad. What was boiled, you need to cool before chopping and mixing with cold products.

Secondly, storing each component for the salad is required in a separate dish, so that the flavors of vegetables, fruits, eggs and meat do not mix in advance.

These rules will help not to make mistakes when preparing this salad

Ingredients for the salad:

  • potatoes – 3 pcs;
  • smoked chicken thighs – 4 pieces;
  • yolks – 5 pcs;
  • green onion;
  • processed cheese – 160 g;
  • protein – 5 pcs;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • mayonnaise – tbsp.

Preparation of the salad:

Boil eggs and potatoes until ready, peel and cool. Grate potatoes on large grater teeth, lay out the first layer in a cooking ring on a plate.

Smear the potato layer with mayonnaise, salt and pepper it. Cut smoked chicken into small cubes, remove the skin in advance and get rid of bones

. Lay out a layer of chicken meat, cover with mayonnaise mesh. Cleaned eggs are divided into whites and yolks. Grate yolks on a fine grater on the meat layer.

Smear yolks with mayonnaise, chop green onions and lay out the next layer. Grate cheese on top of the onions, spread evenly.
