Now casseroles are a quick way to make a delicious and hearty dinner. Let’s tell you how to cook potato casserole with minced meat.
Ingredients for potato casserole:
- potatoes – 300 g;
- onion – pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- minced meat – 750 g;
- paprika – pinch;
- black pepper – a pinch;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- sour cream – 4 tbsp;
- cheese – 50 g.
Preparation of potato casserole:
Cut thin plates of peeled potatoes, cut quarter rings of onion. Lubricate the tray with vegetable oil, lay out slightly overlapping potato plates, salt.
Put on a layer of potatoes minced meat, distribute an even layer.
Sprinkle the minced meat with salt, paprika and black pepper.
Lay an even layer of onions on top of the minced meat, and then overlap the rest of the potato plates.
Grease the potatoes with oil, cover with foil and bake at 180 degrees for half an hour.
In a separate bowl mix eggs with sour cream and salt. Grate cheese finely and pour into the mixture of eggs and sour cream. Pour this mixture over the baked potato layer.
Bake the dish for an additional 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
It turns out an excellent dish of minced meat and potatoes. This is a hearty dinner option, which will become both a main course and a side dish.
