Mint is not everyone’s favorite. But if you try this recipe, you will definitely like it, and you will include it in the food menu of your family. A special flavor is obtained thanks to a delicate sauce.
For preparation you will need the following ingredients:
- pollock, 2 pcs;
- mayonnaise and sour cream 2 tbsp. each;
- garlic 3 cloves;
- spices for fish, salt, pepper;
- water, 180 ml.
Cooking process
Take any spices in sufficient quantities and salt the product to your taste.
Fish is washed, remove fins, tails, insides, cut into portioned pieces
Dip in flour and fry in vegetable oil until golden.

Onions
cut into thin semicircles and fry until soft.
On the onions lay the fish.
Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, water, salt, spices
. Pour the sauce over the fish, cover with a lid and when the mass boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and stew for 30 minutes to make the sauce thick.
It is great to combine such fish with boiled or baked young potatoes, add more salads of fresh vegetables and you get a delicious and healthy dinner.
