The closer Pancake Week gets, the more people stock up on various pancake recipes. This is right, as pancake week is important for someone who likes to observe traditions. If you do not want to cook simple pancakes, you can make pancakes with stuffing. Let’s tell you how to cook pancakes with cottage cheese and juice.
Ingredients for pancakes:
- milk – 500 ml;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- starch – 6 tbsp;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 1 tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- cottage cheese – 500 g;
- condensed milk – 2 tbsp;
- sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- sugar – 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the juice:
- pumpkin – 1 kg;
- apples – 500 g;
- sugar – 50 g;
- water – 1.8 liters;
- lemon juice – 1 pc.
Preparation of pancakes with cottage cheese:
In a bowl with milk break eggs, pour salt and sugar, mix thoroughly.
Pour
vegetable oil and starch into the milk, mix thoroughly again. Pour
a ladle of batter into a frying pan and fry classic thin pancakes
.
For the filling, mix condensed milk in cottage cheese, add sour cream and sugar, beat thoroughly with a blender.
Pinch the pancake in the middle and twist slightly. Put the filling on the flap and wrap inside the pancake.
Do the same with the other pancakes.
Peel pumpkin and apples from the peel, also the vegetable and fruit get rid of the insides. Cut the apple and pumpkin into small pieces.
Put the apples and pumpkin in a saucepan and pour water. Under a lid over low heat, cook the vegetable and fruit for 15 minutes.
