Ingredients for one cake:
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- sugar – 80 g;
- vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- milk – 40 ml;
- vegetable oil – 40 ml;
- flour – 100 g;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the cream:
- sour cream 20-25% – 500 ml;
- condensed milk – 300 ml;
- thickener for sour cream – 24 g.
Cake preparation:
In a bowl break the eggs, pour salt, vanilla and classic sugar, whip until puffy. Pour milk and vegetable oil into the mixture, stir.
Combine flour and baking powder and sift into the egg mixture. Knead the dough into a thick, homogeneous dough without lumps.
Cover the baking tray with parchment and pour the dough onto the surface. Level the dough on the surface and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Similarly knead the dough for the second biscuit and bake. For the cream, whip together with a mixer sour cream with condensed milk and thickener.
Divide each biscuit into two equal parts, each crust is smeared with cream. Assemble the cake, smear the sides and top also with cream.
