After additional kneading, divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape the dough pieces into rolls, which are covered with cling film for 15 minutes.
After the rolls have increased in size, make a hole in the middle of each one. Cover the doughnuts with foil again for fluffiness and wait for 15 minutes.
Create a fryer in a frying pan with a large amount of vegetable oil. Dip the doughnuts into the hot oil, fry until both sides are golden.
