Ingredients for cheese pies:
- Flour – 350 g;
- Kefir – 200 ml;
- Salt – 0.5 tsp;
- Soda – 0.5 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 30 ml;
- Boiled egg – 3 pcs;
- Cheese – 60 g;
- Green onions – a bunch.
Preparation of cheese pies:
In a bowl with flour pour salt and baking soda, mix the loose components. Pour vegetable oil and kefir into the mixture, knead a non-sticky and elastic dough with your hands.
Leave the dough under a food film in the heat for 20 minutes. In the meantime, dice peeled eggs, grate cheese and chop green onions. Mix the ingredients in a bowl, salt to taste.
Divide the dough into two equal parts, roll them out into large thin rectangular layers. On one of the sheets mark circles with a circle, where we put a tablespoon of stuffing.
