Today’s restaurants serve a large number of delicious salads that are actually easy to replicate at home. You choose what the dish will be like, watch the quality of the ingredients and save a lot on the family budget. Moreover, cooking at home is many times faster than going to a restaurant.
Salad, which we want to offer today, you can order in a restaurant, but, as a rule, it costs in expensive positions. If you wanted to please yourself with something delicious, you can make it at home. Let’s try it!
Ingredients for the salad:
- egg – pcs;
- melted cheese – pcs.;
- beets – pcs.;
- crab sticks – 3 pieces;
- cashew nuts;
- mayonnaise – 3-4 tbsp.
Preparation of the salad:
Grate one hard-boiled egg on a coarse grater. For processed cheese use a fine grater
. Boil medium-sized beets in a saucepan until ready, grate them on a fine grater. Crab sticks are finely chopped
. Cashew nuts are passed through a blender or chopped manually with a knife. To make a sauce for the salad, we mix half of the prepared nuts with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
We assemble the salad in layers, smearing each connection of layers with sauce

At the bottom of the salad bowl we lay out melted cheese, then – crab sticks. We make a layer of boiled egg, then – beets.
Finally, we smear the sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the nuts.
