Preparation of omelet #1:
In a bowl break the eggs, pour in the milk and pour salt, whisk the components until homogeneous. Grease a baking mold with butter, pour the mixture of eggs and milk into it.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Carefully turn and take the omelette out of the mold.

- Milk – 200 ml;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Butter – 20 g;
- Dill – a bunch.
Preparation of omelet #2:
Whisk eggs with salt in a separate bowl. Pour milk to the beaten eggs and stir. Add butter to the mixture.
Heat water in a saucepan and place the bowl with the egg mixture in the bottom. Cook the omelet on the water bath for 15 minutes.
Place the resulting omelet on a flat plate. Chop dill and sprinkle it on the top of the omelet.
