There are so many different kinds of pies. Each of them has its own zest, which is what makes this or that recipe stand out among the others.
The type of pie that takes the least amount of time to make is called a pouring pie. There is no need to knead the dough, wait for it to rise. It is enough to mix all the necessary products together. It is about the recipe for such a pie that will be the subject of our cooking method.
Ingredients for the dough:
- Flour – 160 g;
- Leavening agent – 2.5 g;
- Salt – 4 g;
- Sugar – 3 g;
- Egg – 4 pieces;
- Sour cream – 200 g.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- Green onions – 1 bundle;
- Egg – 5 pieces;
- Canned fish – 2 cans.
Preparation of the filling pie:
For the filling, chop green onions, eggs – a small cube. From the canned fish remove the bones and the liquid in which it was stored.
Mix all the ingredients
for the
stuffing in a bowl, add spices and salt to taste.
To prepare the dough, pour flour, baking powder,
salt and
sugar into one bowl
.
In another bowl put eggs, sour cream and a little liquid from under the canned food, whisk.
Gradually add to the bowl with eggs all the dry ingredients, without stopping to stir. The dough should turn out medium thick.
In a mold for baking cover with parchment, grease with vegetable oil. Put the stuffing into the mold, pour the dough on top.
Bake the pie in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Immediately after baking, it is recommended to give the pie time to cool down.
