Ingredients for the pie:
- Puff pastry without yeast – 400g (2 layers);
- Green onions – 300g;
- Eggs – 4 pieces;
- Suluguni cheese (mozzarella) – 200g;
- Salt – 1/2 tsp. or to taste;
- Freshly ground pepper mixture – 1/3 tsp.
Pie preparation:
Chop the green onions finely. Break 3 eggs into it. Coarsely grated cheese, pepper mixture and salt add to this mixture. Mix all the filling until homogeneous.
Roll out the first layer of dough and place it on the bottom of the baking mold. Place the filling inside and smooth it out.
Place the remaining layer of dough on top. Pinch the edges of the layers of pastry so that they do not fall apart during baking.
Mix the remaining egg so that the yolk and egg white are combined. Brush the pie with it.
Send to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
