Ingredients:
- Tomatoes – 300 g;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Dill – a bundle.
Ingredients for dressing:
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Dried basil – 1 tsp;
- Honey – 1.5 tsp;
- Apple cider vinegar – 1.5 tsp;
- Salt – 1 tsp.
Preparing the appetizer:
Cut tomatoes into small slices, onions in half rings, rub garlic on a coarse grater. Lay layers in the jar first onion and dill, then tomatoes, and then garlic.
Alternate layers until we fill the jar completely. In a separate bowl, mix dried basil, honey, apple cider vinegar and salt in vegetable oil. Pour this mixture into the jar, cover and shake gently.
