Ingredients for buns with potatoes and meat:
- warm water – 300 ml;
- sugar – 1 tbsp;
- flour – 450 g;
- salt – 1 tsp;

- potatoes – 550 g;
- butter – 60 g;
- dill – a bunch;
- cilantro – a bunch;
- salt – 1.5 tsp;
- minced meat – 230 g;
- onion – pcs;
- cumin;
- tomato – pcs.
Preparation of buns with potatoes and meat:
Boil until ready, peeled and diced potatoes, drain the broth in a separate bowl.
Sift flour

yeast
into the broth
and knead the dough
