Ingredients for pickled tomatoes:

  • tomatoes – for a jar of 1 liter;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • dill umbrella – 1 sprig;
  • parsley – 2 sprigs;
  • onion – 2 rings;
  • peppercorns – 2 pcs;
  • black pepper peas – 10 pieces;
  • coriander – 1/3 tsp;
  • salt – 2 tbsp;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp;
  • 9% vinegar – 50 ml.

Preparation of pickled tomatoes:
