- Flour – 100 g;

Cooking chicken Turkish-style:
Divide chicken fillet into thin steaks, under the foil baste. Salt and pepper the beaten chicken fillet steaks
. Beat eggs with salt, mix salt and flour. Dip the steaks first in flour, then in egg.
Fry the steaks in a frying pan with vegetable oil on each side until golden. Place the chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Chop nuts with a knife, grate cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the tops of the steaks with cheese and nuts.
Bake the chicken at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
