Ingredients for Turkish stuffed cabbage:
- cabbage – 1.3 kg;
- ground beef – 400 g;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
- salt – tsp;
- black pepper – ½ tsp;
- chili pepper – tsp;
- onion – 70 g;
- parsley – 30 g;
- butter – 30 g;
- rice – 200 g;
- bulgur – 100 g.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- tomato paste – 2 tbsp;
- sugar – tsp;
- black pepper – tsp;
- salt – tsp;
- water – 450 ml.
Preparation of Turkish stuffed cabbage:
At the cabbage remove the cauliflower and send it to the microwave for 15 minutes. At this time, press the garlic into the minced meat, add tomato paste, salt, black pepper, chili pepper
. Dice the onion into small cubes and put it into the minced meat

Chop parsley and add it to the mince along with butter and washed bulgur and rice.
Thoroughly mix the mince with all the ingredients.
