One of the simplest pies should be considered apple pie. The fact is that recipes for this pie are in the kitchens of most countries. It

is known that apple pies are loved in the United States, as well as in Europe, Asia and even in Africa. As a rule, Europeans and Americans prepare an open pie with a sweet filling. In Asia, they like to mix apples with dough, in the East they add spices and cinnamon

. In our country, apple pies are treated more simply. They can be prepared from simple ingredients and quite quickly. There are special instant recipes for apple pie.

Ingredients for apple pie:

  • Eggs – 3 pcs;
  • Salt – a pinch;
  • Sugar – 130 g;
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
  • Flour – 300 g;
  • Baking powder – 10 g;
  • Butter – 70 g;
  • Milk – 180 ml;
  • Apples – 3 pcs.

Preparation of apple pie:

In a bowl with eggs pour vanilla and classic sugar, salt. Using a mixer, beat the eggs until a fluffy white mass appears.

Combine the flour and baking powder, sift ½ of it into the egg mass. Using a spatula, gently knead the pie dough.

Place butter in a

saucepan

, pour in milk. Over medium heat, melt the butter in the milk and pour it into the dough.

Sift the second part of the flour and baking powder into the dough and continue kneading a thick dough. Cover the baking dish with parchment – walls and bottom.

Spread the first part of the dough on the surface in an even layer. Cut small thin slices of apples, put them overlapping on top of the dough.

Cover the apple layer with the second part of the dough, level it.
