Ingredients for cottage cheese casserole:
- cottage cheese – 700 g;
- sugar – 220 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- vanilla – 2 pinches;
- eggs – 5 pcs;
- butter – 30 g;
- semolina – 50 g;
- berries – 300 g berries;
- sour cream – 400 g.
Preparation of cottage cheese casserole:
In a bowl with cottage cheese, combine 3 eggs, 150 grams of granulated sugar, salt, a pinch of vanilla. Melt butter, pour it into the cottage cheese, pour in semolina
. Using an immersion blender, whip the cottage cheese mixture until smooth.
Grease a baking mold with butter, sprinkle with flour. Spread
the curd mass in the mold, decorate the top with berries. Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
To prepare sour cream, mix with a whisk sour cream with sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour the sour cream on top of the casserole and continue cooking in the oven for an additional 20 minutes.
