It served as a container for transporting food over long distances. Even special handles were created on the pie to make the filling easier to carry.

Ingredients for pineapple pie:

  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • sugar – 200 g;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • vanillin – 1.5 g;
  • butter – 75 g;
  • sour cream – 150 g;
  • leavening agent – 10 g;
  • flour – 240 g;
  • canned pineapples – 350 g.

Preparation of pineapple cake:

Break eggs in a bowl, pour salt, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer for 3 minutes. Melt butter and pour it into the egg mixture along with the sour cream, beat again until smooth.

Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead the dough with a mixer on low speed
