Ingredients for the dough:

- Onion – 300 g;
- Beef fat – 200 g;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Butter – 100 g.
Preparation of puff pastry with meat and potatoes:
Sift flour into a deep bowl, pour salt into the depression in the center, pour water and vegetable oil, knead the dough.
Gather the dough into a heterogeneous lump, leave for 5 minutes in the heat under cellophane.
