Ingredients:

  • kefir 2,5% – 250 ml;
  • sugar – 1 tsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • baking soda – 1/3 tsp;
  • flour – 370 g.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • raspberries;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • starch – ½ tsp.

Preparation of raspberry dumplings:

Mix kefir with sugar and salt, and flour with baking soda. Pour the kefir into the flour, knead the dough first in a bowl, then on a table sprinkled with flour. Knead

the dough for no more than 5 minutes

Dip the slightly sticky dough in flour and leave it for 10 minutes.

For the filling, grind the starch with sugar. Roll out the dough into a layer up to 5 mm thick. Using a glass or mold, cut out tortillas with a diameter of 7-7.5 cm.

Spoon a spoonful of sugar and starch and a raspberry into each tortilla. Seal the filling inside the dumplings. Boil the dumplings in boiling water for 6 minutes under a lid, it is better to use a steamer.
