Ingredients for the dough:
- milk – 125 g;
- water – 125 g;
- egg – 1 pc;
- salt – 3 g;
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp;
- flour – 500 g.

- Adygea cheese – 300 g;
- 9% cottage cheese – 300 g;
- yolks – 2 pcs;
- salt – a pinch.
Preparation of dumplings with Adygea cheese and cottage cheese:
Mix the egg with salt and vegetable oil, pour in first milk and then water. Mix all the components and pour them into the flour.
Knead an elastic and soft dough, making it less sticky. Leave the dough under food film or cellophane, while we prepare the filling.
Divide the Adygean cheese into small pieces, press to a homogeneous mass. Add cottage cheese to the cheese, knead the ingredients together and mix with salt and yolks.
