Nowadays, there are many factories in the USA, where about one million cutlets are created every day. Frozen cutlets are sent to the shelves of stores, fast food restaurants, in the canteens of public institutions.

We want to tell one of the interesting recipes for cutlets “Vatrushki”.
Ingredients for cutlets “Vatrushki”:
- pork – 500 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- dill – bundle;
- egg – pcs;
- sour cream – 3 tablespoons;
- bread – 2 slices;
- cheese – 100 g.
Preparation of cutlets “Vatrushka”:
Fresh bread, pork and onion should be cut into small pieces. Put the chopped meat, onion and bread in a blender bowl, break the same egg, salt.
Grind the ingredients to a homogeneous meat mass.
Shape
the minced meat into cutlets with a hollow in the middle
