Fish dishes baked in the oven are not only delicious, but also healthy. Especially with greens, tomatoes and potatoes.
For preparation you will need such ingredients:

carps, 4 pcs;
– potatoes, 500 g;
– garlic, 4 cloves
; – tomatoes, 4 pcs;
– lemon, 1 pc; –
onion, 2 pcs; –
butter, 30 g;
– vegetable
oil,
2 tbsp
; – salt, pepper, herbs.
Cooking process
Cover a
baking
tray or form with foil
. Cut potatoes into thin slices and put them on the tray
. Combine softened butter and vegetable oil for sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Finely chop herbs and add to the sauce, mix and pour over the potatoes
.
Bake potatoes
for
30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
.
First, fry onions in vegetable oil until half-cooked, add
garlic
and fry for a couple of minutes.
Sprinkle a part of the onions and garlic on the potatoes, lay out circles of tomatoes, on them fish carcasses, cover with onions and tomatoes.
Cut lemon in circles
, put it on the fish and
bake for 40 minutes
.
Tip: before putting the fish in the oven on the potatoes, marinate it well in spices for fish, salt and pepper, grease the carcasses on both sides with vegetable oil.
When serving, sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs.
