- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- Blueberries – 90 g;
- Cornstarch – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of Vulcan cake:
To prepare the sponge cake, combine eggs with salt and sugar, beat with a mixer for 5-6 minutes until the formation of a lush mass. Add
sour
cream to the mass, mix the ingredients.
Sift flour and baking powder combined beforehand into the egg mass and knead the dough. Gradually pour vegetable oil into the dough, gently stir it in with a spatula.
Cover the baking dish with parchment – sides and bottom. Place the dough in the mold, spreading an even layer on the bottom.
To prepare the filling, in a separate bowl mix cottage cheese with egg, vanilla and classic sugar.
Mix blueberries with starch, pour the berries into the cream, stir. Pour the cream into the center of the pastry.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
After cooking in the middle of the cake will be cream filling with berries. You can decorate the cake with melted chocolate or caramel.
