Ingredients for cabbage salad:
- cabbage – 200 g;
- mayonnaise – 4 tablespoons;
- cucumber – pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- dill – a bunch;
- garlic – 2 cloves.
Ingredients for pancakes:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- milk – 50 ml.
Preparation of coleslaw:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk and salt. In a
frying
pan, heat a little vegetable oil, pour ⅓ of the egg mixture.
Fry a pancake on each side for 30 seconds on medium heat. Similarly, you need to prepare two more egg pancakes.
Finely chop cabbage, cut thin bars of cucumber. Also chop dill, lay out together with cabbage and cucumber in a salad bowl.
Pass to the vegetables a couple of garlic cloves through a press.
