Ingredients:
- water – 2 liters;
- chicken thigh – 400 g;
- dry vegetable broth – 1 tsp;
- oregano pepper – 4 peas;
- potatoes – 400 g;
- vegetable oil – 20 g;
- butter – 20 g;
- onion – 100 g;
- carrots – 100 g;
- nettle – bundle;
- dill – a bunch;
- parsley – a bunch;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of nettle soup:
In water boil chicken ham until tender, add to the broth dry vegetable broth and oregano pepper, stir. Boil the broth for 30 minutes, at this time dice peeled potatoes, finely chop onions,
finely chop green onions, parsley and dill

Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Take the chicken ham and oregano pepper out of the broth, send potatoes into it, cook for 12-15 minutes. In a frying pan melt butter and vegetable oil, fry onions for a couple of minutes.
Add carrots to the onions, fry together for 3 minutes. Put the roast to the potatoes, and then put nettles, green onions, dill and parsley.
Salt the broth, cook until boiling
