Ingredients:
- Stuffing – 500 g;
- Onion – pcs;
- Cheese – 70 g;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Butter – 40 g;
- Powdered breadcrumbs – a tbsp;
- Salt, pepper.
Preparation:
In a deep container mix minced meat and finely grated onion. Pass 3 cloves of garlic through the press. Also grate cheese on a fine grater
. Mix all the components with a spoon. Mix
salt and pepper to taste. Add a small amount of soft butter. Stir the stuffing with your hands. Add breadcrumbs and mix again.
From the resulting minced meat form balls.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put the cutlets. Fry on both sides until golden color.
The ready treat will go with any side dish.
