Ingredients:
- Cucumbers – 700 g;
- Tomato – 500 g;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Dill – a bundle;
- Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
- Vinegar (25%) – 1 tbsp;
- Sugar – 1 tsp;
- Black pepper – ½ tsp;
- Chili – ½ tsp;
- Salt – â…“ tsp.
Preparing the pickles and tomatoes:
Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise, slice tomato slices. Chop dill and garlic. Put the cucumbers, tomato, dill and garlic in a cellophane bag.
Pour sugar, black pepper, chili and salt into the bag, pour in vegetable oil and vinegar. Close the bag and mix all the vegetables and spices thoroughly
. Leave the closed bag for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
