In many families, there is the issue of eating in the morning. Many people do not eat breakfast because they choose to sleep longer. However, doctors do not recommend skipping breakfast, because this meal is key for the body. In
the morning, all the organs have used up the supply of nutrients, so they need energy. This energy is provided by food. In order not to feel tired in the morning, you need to be sure to have breakfast.
One of the simple variants of breakfast are considered lazy pies
.
Ingredients:
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Cabbage – 200 g;
- Kefir – 300 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Salt – 0,5 tsp;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Green onion – to taste;
- Sunflower oil – for frying.
Preparation:
First you need to finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a grater. On a heated frying pan with sunflower oil put onions and carrots, fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add shredded cabbage and stew vegetables together for 2-3 minutes. After frying the vegetables, they should be salted a little and cooled.
In a separate bowl mix kefir, egg and salt with a whisk. Add flour and baking soda to the egg mixture, mix again until the mass is homogeneous.
In the resulting mass, pour the fried vegetables and pre-chopped green onions
.
Put the mixture one tablespoon at a time on a heated frying pan with oil, fry on both sides until golden crust on medium heat.
Such pies are convenient because they can be cooked with almost any filling. Even if children do not like cabbage or onions, you can always offer them another filling for these pies.
