Even in the absence of conditions before, housewives used to make homemade cakes. They used ordinary pans when bottomless baking molds had not yet been invented. In this magical way, complete cakes were prepared. The discovery of baking soda as a leavening agent was a relief. And then the invention of technology – the blender.
Today we will prepare a simple and sweet cake using modern resources.
Ingredients for the cake:
- flour – 140 g;
- leavening agent – 8 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- condensed milk – 380 g;
- milk – 50 ml;
- vanillin.
Ingredients for the cream:
- boiled condensed milk – can;
- butter – 70 g;
- chocolate – 100 g.
Cake preparation:
In a deep bowl pour condensed milk, beat 2 eggs and pour in vanillin. Stir with a blender. Pass the flour and baking powder through a sieve. Mix the dry and wet ingredients. Again use a blender.
Take a mold 30 by 20 cm, cover it with parchment. Spread the resulting mass evenly over the entire surface.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at an oven temperature of 180 degrees.
The resulting cake is divided in half, and then each of the parts is cut into two thin cakes

To prepare the cream, mix melted butter and chocolate. Stir so that the chocolate melts completely. Now add boiled condensed milk. Stir until homogeneous.
Start assembling the cake. The cake is smeared with milk, and then lay out the cream. According to this technology we collect the whole treat.
At the end, cover the top and edges of the dessert with cream. For decoration, we use melted chocolate.
The cake turned out soft and sweet.
