Ingredients for crab salad:
- crab sticks – 250 g;
- red onion – pcs;
- salt – tsp;
- sugar – tsp;
- vinegar – 2 tablespoons;
- boiled eggs – 2 pcs;
- leaf lettuce;
- cucumber – pcs;
- pickles – 4 pieces;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- mayonnaise;
- sour cream – tbsp.
Preparation of crab sticks:
Cut red onions into quarter rings, pour cold water over them. Pour sugar and salt to the onion, pour vinegar and leave to marinate.
Cut small cubes of crab sticks and boiled peeled eggs, mix in a salad bowl. Shinkuem finely leaf lettuce, cut finely peeled fresh cucumber
