Ingredients:
- potatoes – 2 pcs;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- mushrooms – 400 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- cucumbers – 2 pcs;
- green salad;
- tomato – 2 pcs;
- bell pepper – ½ pcs.;
- mayonnaise;
- garlic – 3 cloves.
Preparation of salad “Marusya”:
Boiled potatoes rub on a coarse grater, salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise. Chop garlic and add to the potatoes.
Cut mushrooms into small cubes and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates and gets a golden color. Put the fried mushrooms on the potato layer, grate cucumbers on a coarse grater
. Cover the cucumber layer with mayonnaise, grate boiled eggs on it. Smear hard-boiled eggs with mayonnaise, put lettuce leaves on the egg layer.
