Ingredients:
- Black bread – 12 pieces;
- Lightly salted herring – 1 pc;
- Boiled eggs – 3 pieces;
- Korean carrots – 150 g;
- Processed cheese – 1 pc;
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- Garlic – 5 cloves;
- Salt;
- Ground black pepper;
- Parsley – 4 sprigs.
Preparation of herring appetizer:
On a dry skillet, dry the bread on each side for 5 minutes. Remove the head, gills and tail from the herring, remove the insides and rinse thoroughly with water. Remove
the skin from the herring, remove the inner black layer, remove the backbone and large bones. Rub garlic on dried bread, chop
herring fillets finely, grate eggs to the fish on a coarse grater. Grate a clove of garlic and melted cheese into the mixture of eggs and herring.
Slightly chop Korean carrots and add to the total mass of products. Sprinkle the mass with salt and black pepper, dress with mayonnaise.

Smear each slice of bread with this mixture.

Decorate the appetizer with chopped parsley.
