Ingredients:
- sugar – 3 tbsp;
- egg – pcs;
- vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Greek yogurt – 125 g;
- milk – 80 g;
- flour – 180 g;
- yeast – 10 g.
Preparation of fritters:
In a bowl combine sugar, vanilla sugar, beaten egg, pour in vegetable oil and stir until grits dissolve. Add the Greek yogurt to the mixture, stir.
Sift the flour and yeast into the mixture and knead into a liquid dough. Place the dough in a pastry bag, heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Drop snail-sized portions of the dough into the pan. Fry the fritters on both sides until golden.

After cooking, you can roll the fritters in powdered sugar.
