Ingredients of the crust for the cake:
- flour – 120 g;
- cocoa – tbsp;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- butter – 70 g.
Ingredients for the cream:
- sour cream – 500 g;
- sugar – 70 g;
- vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- gelatin – 10 g;
- water – 3 tbsp;
- walnuts – 80 g;
- chocolate – 80 g;
- prunes – 100 g.
Cake preparation:
In a bowl, combine flour with cocoa and granulated sugar. Grate a cold piece of butter into a loose mass, create a crumb
. Transfer the crumb from the dough
into a
frying pan, fry on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Next, to prepare the cream, pour vanilla and classic sugar into the sour cream, stir. Chop
walnuts into crumbs, chop soft prunes finely
.
Dissolve the gelatine with water. Beat a couple of minutes at medium speed mixer sour cream mass. Pour the gelatin, previously heated in the microwave, into
the sour cream

chocolate and nut crumbs, as well as prunes, mix thoroughly

Sprinkle ½ of the crumbly cake into an 18 cm diameter pastry ring. Spread
all the cream into the mold, level the surface.
Cover the cream with the remaining crumbly crust, send it to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
This simple cake is prepared without using the oven. It takes half an hour to prepare, not counting the hardening in the refrigerator.
