Ingredients for cheesy zucchini:
- zucchini – 2 pcs;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- flour – 50 g;
- cheese – 150 g.
Preparation of cheese zucchini:
Remove the stalks of zucchini, cut into small circles about a couple of cm thick. Divide each zucchini circle by thickness, but do not cut completely.
Beat the eggs with salt in a separate bowl. Grate the cheese finely, pour the flour into a flat plate and
