Chicken meat is gaining great popularity among the population. Every year people prefer chicken products more often than other products – pork or beef. For example, in the CIS countries chicken meat is consumed by 70% of people. At the same time, this figure is constantly increasing by 3-5%.

It is worth independently assessing the privilege of chicken over pork and beef. Let’s prepare chicken legs with sauce.
Ingredients for fried chicken legs:
- Chicken legs – 1.5 kg;
- Cornstarch – 2 tsp;
- Paprika – 1.5 tsp;
- Hmeli-Suneli – 1 tsp;
- Dried garlic – 1 tsp;
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Honey – 1 tsp;
- Lemon juice – 3 tbsp;
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of fried chicken legs:
On the chicken legs, make small incisions on both sides. Sprinkle chicken legs with salt and starch. Mix Italian herbs with dry garlic, Hmeli-suneli and paprika
. Pour the pepper mixture on the legs, pour vegetable oil and mix thoroughly, rub the seasonings into the meat and skin.
Leave the legs in the refrigerator to marinate for at least half an hour

Next, heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the legs on the surface with the cuts downwards. Fry the legs on both sides for a couple of minutes on high heat until golden crust.

, prepare the sauce. Add honey and soy sauce to the warm oil and stir. Pour in lemon juice, bring to a boil on low heat.
Put chicken legs in the sauce, smear the surface with the same sauce. Stew
the legs on low heat for 10-15 minutes under a lid

After 7 minutes turn the legs to the other side.
The result is fried juicy chicken legs. A special flavor is given to the legs by the sweet sauce in which they are stewed.
