Why are there so many recipes for cooking with apples in the world? Often with apple filling, you can even find salads or meat. For example, in Europe, apples start the innards of a pig or chicken. The
fact is that apple trees grow on the territory of most countries. Therefore, all peoples have tasted apples long before the emergence of other fruit crops.
Apples are useful for humans, as they have vitamins C and B in their composition. Now an incredible number of dishes are prepared from apples. It is worth telling about the apple pie.
Ingredients for apple pie:
- Flour – 130 g;
- Sugar – 180 g;
- semolina – 160 g;
- Apples – 5 pcs;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp;
- Milk – 200 ml;
- Butter – 50 g.
Preparation of apple pie:
In a large bowl, mix semolina with flour, granulated sugar and leavening agent. In 4 cups in equal proportions we divide the loose components.
Apples are chopped together with the peel on large cutters grater. Mix the apple mass with lemon juice, divide into 3 equal parts.

Pour the first cup of loose mixture on the bottom, spread an even layer.
Spread ⅓ of the apple filling on the loose layer. On the apple layer again pour the loose products. Similarly alternate the layers until you run out of ingredients.
In warm milk melt butter. On the perimeter of the entire pie make punctures with a skewer. Pour creamy milk on the surface of the pie into the punctures.
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 45 minutes in the oven.
After baking, the pie can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. It turns out baked goods with a rich flavor, golden crust.
