Ingredients for baked hake:
- hake fish – 3 pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- seasoning for fish;
- vegetable oil;
- onion – 1 pc;
- tomato – pcs;
- oregano;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- soy sauce – 3 tbsp;
- sour cream – 4 tbsp;
- potatoes;
- dried garlic;
- wig;
- breadcrumbs – 4 tbsp.
Cooking baked hake:
Remove the head, gills and fins from the hake, remove the insides. Divide the fish into two parts, put it in a baking
dish. Sprinkle the fish with salt, ground black pepper to taste and seasoning for fish on both sides, pour vegetable oil. Leave the hake to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Cut onions in half rings. Put the onion pillow on the second baking tray. Cut tomato into circles and place on top of the onion layer.
Sprinkle salt and oregano on the tomato and drizzle with vegetable oil. Put the fish on top of the vegetable layer.
In a bowl, grate garlic cloves finely, add chili flakes to taste. Pour soy sauce to the garlic, put sour cream, stir. Pour
the sauce over the fish and coat it with it.
Bake hake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Potatoes are divided in two and put in a pot with water. Cook after boiling over low heat for 15 minutes. Then put them in a bowl, pour oil, salt, sprinkle with paprika, dry garlic and breadcrumbs.
In butter, fry the potatoes cut side down on medium heat for 15 minutes. Then turn the potatoes over and fry for 5 minutes on low heat.
