Let’s prepare zucchini cutlets
Ingredients:
- Zucchini – 3 pcs;
- Carrots – 2 pcs;
- Oat flakes – 4 tbsp;
- Hard cheese – 120 g;
- Potatoes – 2 pcs;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp;
- Salt – ⅓ tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Paprika;
- Salt;
- Cucumber – 1 pc.
Preparation of zucchini cutlets:
Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, if desired, you can peel them in advance. Salt the zucchini mass and mix. Grate
cheese on a coarse grater, separately grate carrots. Squeeze the zucchini mass from excess liquid.
