fact is that zucchini is a vulnerable vegetable. It can rot at the slightest damage to the peel. For this reason, many people dispose of zucchini in the household.
Do not take this disadvantage of zucchini as a key one. The price of zucchini in the market is not particularly large. Therefore, it is worth including it in your diet.

Ingredients for zucchini in batter:
- Zucchini – 500 g;
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Kefir – 200 ml;
- Flour – 4 tbsp;
- Garlic – 2 cloves.
Cooking zucchini in batter:
Cut the zucchini across, into large pieces, and then lengthwise into thin plates 2-3 mm thick. Sprinkle the zucchini pieces with salt and leave for 5 minutes until the juice forms.
In a separate bowl, combine the egg with kefir and flour. Put a couple of garlic cloves through a press into the batter, stir.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Dip zucchini plates first in flour, then in batter.
Transfer zucchini pieces into hot vegetable oil, fry on medium heat on both sides.
