Ingredients for zucchini fritters:
- Zucchini – 700 g;
- Carrots – 1 piece;
- Eggs – 2 pieces;
- Flour – 3 tbsp;
- Dill, salt, ground black pepper – to taste;
- Vegetable oil – for frying.

- Stuffing – 300 g;

Preparation of zucchini fritters with stuffing:
If you have zucchini with a tough skin, it is better to get rid of the peel and seeds. Next, zucchini should be grated on a coarse grater. Add salt to zucchini, leave for 10-15 minutes.
Finely chop dill and grate carrots on a medium grater. Squeeze zucchini well from the juice, add chopped carrots and dill.
