Zucchini is a variety of pumpkin. The plant is considered to be bushy and has an oblong fruit. When exactly people began to use zucchini as food is not known. Probably, human acquaintance with this vegetable occurred in antiquity. This is how people got acquainted with many plants that were collected and used for food.
Zucchini makes excellent side dishes for meat. However, the vegetable is also eaten as a main dish. Let’s show how to make zucchini in batter.
Ingredients for zucchini in batter:
- zucchini – 2 pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- cheese – 100 g;
- dried parsley – tsp;
- paprika – tsp;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- breadcrumbs – 100 g;
- flour – 50 g.
Preparation of zucchini in batter:
On the peel of zucchini make scars lengthwise using the tines of a fork. Remove the stalks from the zucchini, cut lengthwise into plates about cm thick.
Put the zucchini in a baking dish, salt.
Leave the zucchini in the salt for 20 minutes. In the meantime, grate the cheese, add
